Keeper of the Grumper Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth leadership organizations while promoting responsible electronics recycling. Through the refurbishment and recycling of electronics and communication equipment, we generate funding that is reinvested directly into leadership development, workforce readiness, and community service initiatives.

Grant funding plays a critical role in allowing us to expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and serve more young people and communities.

We support youth leadership organizations by funding service projects, programs, events, workshops, and internship opportunities that build real-world skills. Our approach combines environmental stewardship with hands-on education to prepare young people to become capable, collaborative, and solution-oriented members of the workforce and society.

Grant funding may be used for:

• Program expansion and materials
• Eagle  / Summit Projects 
• Equipment, transportation, and logistics
• Youth training, certifications, and workshops
• Internship stipends and mentorship support
